How to schedule a post in Telegram
Scheduling in Telegram itself is simple: hold the Send button, choose Schedule Message, then pick a date and time. That works for one channel and a few posts. With several channels or a weekly plan, people queue posts with a scheduler.
In the app on phone and desktop
Write the post in your channel, hold the send button (right-click it on desktop) and choose scheduled sending. Pick the day and time and the post goes out on its own. Scheduled posts live in the channel’s list of scheduled messages, where you can edit them or send them right away.
Where built-in scheduling falls short
- The same post has to be scheduled in every channel separately.
- No repeats: daily, on weekdays, at an interval.
- No weekly plan in one place and no hint of the best hours.
- No pin, unpin or auto-delete on a timer.
Scheduling to all channels at once
A scheduler queues one post to every selected channel, with edits for each. In TGStudio posts go out from your own bots with 10-second precision, with recurring schedules, CSV import, pin and auto-delete timers. Two channels are free.

FAQ
How do I edit or cancel a scheduled post?
Open the channel’s scheduled messages: you can edit, reschedule, send now or delete the post there.
Can I schedule one post to several channels?
Not in Telegram itself — one channel at a time. For all channels at once, use a scheduler.
Does my phone need to stay on?
No. A scheduled post is stored on Telegram’s or the service’s servers and goes out on time by itself.
