Schedule Telegram posts: one post, every channel, on time

Write a post once, tick the channels and the time — it goes out on its own, accurate to 10 seconds. No more holding your phone at 9 a.m. and pasting the same text into every channel.

How it works

  1. step 1

    Connect your own bot

Create a bot in @BotFather, paste the token into the dashboard and add the bot as a channel admin with the right to post. The channel shows up by itself.

  2. step 2

    Write the post

Text, photos, video, albums, voice or round video, link buttons, polls, reaction buttons. Pick several channels at once.

  3. step 3

    Pick the time

A date and time, daily, on weekdays, at an interval, monthly or a cron rule. The post is queued and goes out without you.

What’s inside

Edits for each channel

With several channels selected you can change the text for one of them. Spintax {option|option} gives each channel its own version, and {date}, {time}, {channel} are filled in at send time.

Pin, unpin, auto-delete

Pin a post and choose when to unpin it, delete it after a set time, or schedule an edit of a post that is already live.

A week of posts in minutes

CSV import (date, time, channels, text, buttons), auto-placing drafts into the plan, evergreen queues for repeats and a hint of the best hours to post.

Your bots, your limits

Posts go out from your own bots, not a shared platform bot. Telegram allows about 30 messages per second per bot; for hundreds of channels spread them across several bots.

Round videos and voice done right

Video is squared to 480×480 for round video, voice is converted to OGG/Opus, and size and duration are sent to Telegram so clients do not stretch the clip.

Nothing gets lost

“Check links” opens every link in the post and shows the response code. Deleted posts stay in the trash for 30 days and come back with one click.

FAQ

How many channels are free?

Two channels on the free plan, no card. The limit grows with the plan, and you can buy extra channels one by one — see the pricing page.

Do I add the platform bot to my channel?

No. Only your own bot from @BotFather goes into the channel. The platform bot is for signing in and payments.

Which time zone is used?

One-off posts follow your browser clock, daily rules follow the channel time zone. The queue runs with 10-second precision.

Can I schedule from inside Telegram?

Yes. The dashboard opens as a Mini App inside Telegram with the editor and the queue.
