How do I connect a channel or group?
Create your own bot in @BotFather (/newbot), paste the token into “Connect a channel” or “Settings → My bots”, then add that bot as a channel administrator with the “Post messages” right (for a group — rights to delete messages and restrict members). The channel appears in the dashboard by itself. The dashboard bot is not added to channels.
Why several bots?
Telegram limits are counted per bot (about 30 messages per second). For hundreds of channels create several bots and spread the channels between them — each channel is tied to the bot that was added as administrator.
Join requests
Create an invite link “by request” (Channels → Invite links). People apply through it instead of joining right away. In “Requests” you approve or decline them one by one or all at once, or turn on auto-approval — immediately or with a delay. The bot can message the applicant right after the request, after approval and after a decline ({name} and {username} placeholders).
Chats from the userbot account
The “Chats” section opens the messaging of a connected account (userbot): dialogs, history, sending text and files, replies, edits, deletion, forwarding, “typing” and live updates. Available to the owner and admins only.
Reaction buttons under a post
In the editor pick up to six emoji in the “Reaction buttons” block. A row of buttons with counters appears under the post: one vote per person, pressing again removes the vote, another button changes it. Counters refresh every couple of seconds, totals per channel are shown in the post card. Telegram does not support keyboards on albums.
Interface language
The RU / EN / UK switch is on the website, the sign-in page, at the bottom of the menu and in Settings: Russian, English and Ukrainian. The language is stored with your account (on all devices) and in a browser cookie; inside the Telegram Mini App it follows the Telegram language. The website, sign-in, all dashboard sections, dialogs, hints, notifications, this help and the platform bot’s replies (invoices, payments, notifications) are translated; “What’s new” is still in Russian.
Stories, channel direct messages, suggested posts, paid reactions
The “Stories” section: a photo or video from the library goes out as a channel story at the set time through your userbot (the account must be an admin with the stories right, and the channel needs boosts — otherwise the dashboard shows the reason). If the channel has direct messages enabled (Bot API 9.2), they and posts suggested by subscribers land in the “Inbox” with “Approve” (with a publish date) and “Decline” buttons. Analytics gained a “⭐ and gifts” column: paid reactions and gifts to the channel, counted by the userbot.
Advertiser catalog, escrow, external orders
Channels with a public media kit and at least one active slot get into the platform-wide catalog /market: topic and language are set in Ads → Media kit. The advertiser’s payment (Stars or USDT) is held by the platform until the post goes out — your share is credited after publication, and after 3 days without placement both sides get a reminder. External orders (exchanges, contracts) are added with the “External order” button and go through the same outputs, calendar and reports with no commission. Partners can use the feed /api/market/feed.json.
Competitors
The “Competitors” section: add other people’s public channels by @username — your userbot reads them every 6 hours without joining: subscribers by day, latest posts with views, reactions and forwards, ERR, posting hours, mentions of other channels (who links to whom — ads and partnerships). The table compares them with your channels on the same metrics. Plan limit: Free 1, Lite 3, Start 10, Pro 30, Business 80, Network 200.
Broadcasts and funnels
The “Broadcasts” section: the subscriber base of your bots (whoever messaged the bot or pressed /start; the /start parameter = source), tags and segments, broadcasts on behalf of the bot in batches within Telegram limits, funnels — message series after the first /start or a tag. Variables {name}, {first_name}, {username}. A broadcast only goes to people who started a dialog with the bot themselves and counts against the plan’s daily limit; those who blocked the bot are marked and excluded.
Inbox
The “Inbox” section collects comments under posts (from the channel’s discussion chat where the channel bot is a member) and messages from subscribers to your bots. The reply is sent on behalf of the bot: in comments — as a reply to the message or under the post itself, in private — as a regular message. Threads can be closed (“Done”), comments deleted. The bot’s auto-replies appear in the thread as outgoing, anything removed by moderation is marked. Unread items are shown in the menu and in “Needs attention”.
Clients (agency mode, Business)
The “Clients” section: a client is a set of your channels. The client’s users sign in to the dashboard via Telegram and see only those channels: posts, content plan, analytics and comments. The “The client approves posts” flag — a post to the client’s channels waits for their approval (a signal in the bot); you can approve on their behalf. The client’s public report is a /share/c/… link under your brand from the settings.
Signing out and security
Settings has “Sign out” (this device) and “Sign out on all devices” — the second one revokes every session issued earlier: other browsers, the Mini App and session tokens stop working and you sign in again everywhere. API keys are not affected — revoke those in Settings → API keys.
Team roles
Owner — everything. Admin — everything except the team, plan payment and API keys. Editor — posts, sources, files; with approval enabled their posts wait for confirmation. A member can be limited to certain channels (Settings → Team → Channels).
