How do I schedule a post?
In the editor choose “Date and time”, “Daily”, “By day”, “Interval”, “Monthly” or “Cron”. Time follows your browser clock; for daily rules — the channel’s time zone. The post is queued and sent by the worker with 10-second precision.
Different text for different channels
When two or more channels are selected, the editor shows the “Per-channel edits” block. Spintax {option|option} gives a random option for each channel. Variables {date}, {time}, {channel}, {counter} are substituted at send time.
Pin, delete on a timer, unpin
The “Pin” and “Delete after…” buttons are in the editor. Next to “Pin” you can choose when to unpin. A deferred edit of a published post is in the post card in the content plan.
What does “Check links” do?
The server opens every link from the text and buttons and shows the response code. Internal addresses and Telegram links are not requested.
A post disappeared — where to look?
“Posts” has a “Trash” filter: deleted posts are kept for 30 days and restored with the “Return” button.
How do I fill the plan quickly?
CSV import in “Posts” (date, time, channels, text, buttons), “Auto-schedule by plan” for drafts, evergreen queues for repeats, editorial tasks for the team. The warning about neighbouring posts and the best hours suggest the time.
