Your Telegram channel network, from one panel

Once you run dozens of channels, the day goes into copying posts, checking admin rights and merging numbers into a spreadsheet. TGStudio puts the whole network on one screen: a post goes out to the channels you tick on schedule, stats add up on their own, and an advertiser sees the whole network on one link.

Sound familiar?

  • One post, twenty copies

Text, image and buttons get pasted into every channel by hand, and somewhere the old version always slips out.

  • Numbers in five spreadsheets

Subscribers, views and ERR are collected by hand, and by Friday nobody remembers which channel dipped.

  • The advertiser wants a bundle

They need a list of channels with reach and prices, and you have chat threads and stats screenshots.

What changes

  • One post, many channels

Tick the channels in the editor. Adjust the text for a single channel, use spintax {option|option} for different wording, and {channel} inserts the channel name.

  • Your bots, your limits

Posts go out from your own bots. Telegram allows about 30 messages per second per bot, so hundreds of channels can be spread across several bots.

  • The whole network in one table

Subscribers, joins, views and ERR per channel and for the network as a whole; the health score shows which channel needs attention.

  • A network showcase for advertisers

One public link with every channel in the network, its subscribers and slot prices. The advertiser picks channels and pays in Stars or USDT.

  • A team with roles

An editor sees only their channels and sections; the action log shows who published what.

  • Cross-promotion on the platform

Swaps with other channels: both promos go out as posts automatically, and an hour later the system checks they are still up.

How to start

  1. 01

    Connect your bots

Create a bot in @BotFather, paste the token into the panel and make it an admin of your channels. One bot can run many channels.

  2. 02

    Build the schedule

CSV import with date, time, channels and text, evergreen queues for reposts, and a hint for your best posting hours.

  3. 03

    Open the network showcase

Ads → network showcase: a title, a description and a link to hand to advertisers.

FAQ

How many channels can I connect?

Two for free, no card. Up to 1,000 on the top plan; channels beyond the limit cost $3 per month each.

Do I need a separate bot per channel?

No. One bot can be an admin in many channels. Several bots only help to spread the load once you have hundreds.

How is this different from the agency mode?

Agency mode is for other people's channels: the client gets their own login, post approvals and white-label reports. You don't need it for your own network.

Can I see views without a userbot?

Subscribers, joins and leaves — yes. Views, reactions and ERR are read by a userbot account because the Bot API does not expose them. Userbots come with every paid plan.
